I didn't get recieve the email, but the system said that it has been sent, what can l do?
- At first, if the system said it was sent then it was sent. Please wait, especially if your account is at a free email provider, because it may be delayed. It can be 5-20 minutes. If you didn't recieve the email, open your mailbox, and check the SPAM folder because it could be there.
- Make sure your mailbox is not full.
- Maybe you have entered a wrong email address, contact us and we will find it out.
I have forgot my password, how can l get it?
- At the login screen click on the Request new password link, then enter your registered email address, and you will get an email from us.
